A few things you should know about our service:

  1. There is a one-time $50 install fee we collect this during the online signup process.
  2. We bill one month in advance. Because of this, your first bill will be for 2+ months’ worth of service so it will be larger. After that, your bill will be very predictable without any added taxes or fees.
  3. As far as equipment goes, we provide the modem. If you have your own router, you can use it with our BYO Router plan for $50. If not, check out our other packages that include equipment rentals and higher speeds.
