Restart your TV: Power it off and unplug it for 30 seconds.
Restart your router: Unplug it for 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
Restart any mesh or Wi-Fi extenders, if you have them.
Make sure other devices (like your phone or laptop) are connected and working.
If they aren’t, the issue may be with your internet connection—not the TV.
Try moving your TV closer to the router to rule out signal issues.
Re-enter your Wi-Fi password carefully. Passwords are case-sensitive!
If you’ve recently changed it, make sure you’re using the updated password.
Go to your TV’s Settings > Network > Wi-Fi (wording may vary by brand).
Select your Wi-Fi network and choose “Forget.”
Then, reconnect by selecting the network again and re-entering the password.
