DayStarr operates as a subscription-based service, which means billing is handled automatically unless you choose otherwise. Here’s how you’ll receive your invoices, depending on your preferences:

Autopay occurs 21 days after the emailed invoice is sent. This can be changed and if you need a help with that, please contact us!

If autopay is turned off, you’ll still receive the invoice by email and will need to make a manual payment within 21 days

Your due date will always be clearly listed on the invoice
Paper Mail (Optional – $5 Monthly Fee)

Paper statements are mailed and the due date is 21 days after the invoice date.

These statements typically reflect a $0 balance, unless:
