DayStarr may perform preparatory work outside your home 1–5 days prior to your scheduled installation to run the service drop. No contact or presence is required for this work.
In most cases, the drop will follow the path of least resistance, often aligning with existing utility routes (such as electric, cable, or phone lines) to ensure efficiency and minimize disruption.
If you have a preferred routing path, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate requests, factors such as terrain, existing infrastructure, safety requirements, and local regulations may limit available options.
If no preference is provided prior to installation, our team will proceed with the most practical route.
An individual 18 years or older must be present during the installation appointment. Installations may take up to 2.5 hours to complete.
