We received your inquiry for service, and we can provide service to you! But first, we have a few additional steps. We have sent you two forms through RightSignature. Please return the Service Agreement form; the Autopay form is optional.

A few things you should know about our service:

  1. There is a one-time $50 install fee that we collect up front when we get you on the calendar for your install.
  2. We bill one month in advance. Because of this your first bill will be for 2+ months’ worth of service so it will be larger, after that your bill will be very predictable without any taxes or fees added.
  3. As far as equipment goes, we provide the modem. If you have your own router, you can use it with our BYO Router plan for $50. If not, check out our other packages that include equipment rentals and higher speeds.
