We received your inquiry for service, and we can provide service to you! But first, we have a few additional steps. We have sent you two forms through RightSignature. Please return the Service Agreement form; the Autopay form is optional.
A few things you should know about our service:
- There is a one-time $50 install fee that we collect up front when we get you on the calendar for your install.
- We bill one month in advance. Because of this your first bill will be for 2+ months’ worth of service so it will be larger, after that your bill will be very predictable without any taxes or fees added.
- As far as equipment goes, we provide the modem. If you have your own router, you can use it with our BYO Router plan for $50. If not, check out our other packages that include equipment rentals and higher speeds.
