As a Residential Sales Representative at our DayStarr Communications, your responsibility is to sign up 7 customers a week who can be installed immediately.

Sales Growth:
- Implement strategies to increase sign ups and secondarily to decrease customer disconnects.
- Collaborate with others to exceed 7 signups per week.
- We think, plan and evalute to increase sign-ups. This is our constant goal which is easily quantifiable.
Customer Engagement:
- Conduct face-to-face interactions with potential customers to sell fiber internet services.
- Listen respectfully to to customers when they object, criticize, or complain or don’t understand.
- Be able to identify obstacles and help respond to those objections to increase sign-ups.
- Able to use texting, phone, and/or email to communicate with potential and current customers. Thrives on communication.
Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the features and benefits of our fiber internet services to effectively communicate with potential customers.
- Be able to help customers by first listening and engaging our entire company so we provide the best customer experience.
Qualifications
- Desiring to work closesly with the sales team and various teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a willing to be held accountable for sales targets.
- Ability to respond to a changing environment with Verizon wireless, Spectrum, Frontier Fiber and other companies.
