CSR/LSR requests can be submitted via the Porting.com Vendor Port-out Portal
You can signup for a new Porting.com account here.

Requests will be processed only during normal business hours which are listed below.  Normal processing time is 1 business day from time of request.

Business Hours

Standard Hours:  Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm Eastern

Observed Holidays:

• New Years Eve – Close at 12pm
• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving, including Friday after
• Christmas Eve – Close at 12pm
• Christmas Day
• If a holiday falls on a Tuesday or Thursday then the adjacent Monday or Friday is also an observed day.
