📥 My Invoice Emails Are Going to Spam — What Should I Do?

If you’re not seeing your invoice emails in your inbox, they may be getting filtered into your Spam or Junk folder. Here’s how to fix it:

Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder

  • Look in your Spam, Junk, or Promotions tab (depending on your email provider).

  • If you find the invoice email there, mark it as “Not Spam” or move it to your inbox.

 Step 2: Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

To prevent this from happening again, add our email address to your safe senders or contacts list. This tells your email provider to trust our messages.

Look for invoice emails from:
📧 billing@daystarr.net

Here’s how to do this in most email platforms:

  • Gmail: Click the email → “More” (three dots) → “Add to Contacts”

  • Outlook: Right-click the message → “Junk” → “Never Block Sender”

  • Yahoo: Open the email → Click the contact name → “Add to Contacts”


 Still Not Seeing Invoices?

  • Double-check that your email address on file is correct (contact us to confirm)

  • Look for filtering rules or folders that may be moving messages automatically
